About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in daily store operations, ensuring that merchandise is available, attractive, and properly displayed.
Day in the Life
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor. You will set up displays to highlight products and assist customers in locating items they need.
Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a core part of the role. You will assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift, ensuring that the sales floor remains safe and inviting for shoppers. You will also operate cash registers when needed, providing a positive experience for customers at checkout.
