About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, from stocking merchandise to assisting shoppers with locating items.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key. Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. Additionally, you will operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. You will also help organize seasonal merchandise and assist with store recovery and cleaning.
