About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital part in ensuring our shelves are stocked, our displays are attractive, and our store remains clean and safe for both customers and colleagues.
Day in the Life
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading delivery trucks, stocking merchandise on shelves, and organizing seasonal items. You will also assist customers in locating products, operate cash registers when needed, and help with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift, and ensure that all safety and stocking procedures are followed.
