About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment while adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also be responsible for organizing seasonal merchandise and assisting with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.

Customer interaction is a key part of the role. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that the store meets safety standards and provides a welcoming environment for shoppers.
