Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to contribute to a welcoming and organized shopping experience for our customers. No prior experience is required, as we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and efficiency. Your day will involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and managing seasonal merchandise to keep the store fresh and engaging.

Customer interaction is a vital part of the role. You will help shoppers locate items, answer questions, and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for store recovery and cleaning, ensuring that the sales floor remains clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
