About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to support-oriented Sales Floor Associates to play a vital role in maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming retail environment. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy active, fast-paced work and are eager to contribute to daily store operations without requiring prior experience.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be the backbone of the store's visual appeal and operational efficiency. Your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will be responsible for unloading delivery trucks and ensuring merchandise is stocked efficiently on shelves. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to organizing seasonal merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining visual displays, and assisting with store recovery to keep the sales floor tidy throughout the shift.

While the role is heavily focused on back-of-house and floor maintenance, you will also serve as a friendly face for our customers. You will assist shoppers in locating items, answer questions, and operate cash registers when needed. Success in this role requires following company stocking procedures and adhering to strict safety guidelines while working in a dynamic shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays between $12 and $15 per hour, with additional hour, with opportunities for overtime pay and holiday pay depending on location and experience.
