About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, from stocking merchandise to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organize shelves, and support daily store operations. Key responsibilities include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is essential, as you will help keep shelves stocked, organize seasonal merchandise, and assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift.
