Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. No prior experience is required, as we provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the store. Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and managing seasonal merchandise to keep the store fresh and engaging.

Customer interaction is a key part of this position. You will assist shoppers with locating items and provide support at the cash register when needed. Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for store recovery and cleaning, ensuring that the sales floor remains safe, organized, and inviting for all visitors. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of operation.
