About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment for our customers. You will be the face of the store, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and available for shoppers.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations. This includes unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays to highlight seasonal items and promotions. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a key part of the role, as you will help with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
