About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a key member of the store operations team, you will play a direct part in the daily success of the store by ensuring merchandise is available, displays are attractive, and the sales floor is clean and safe.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail environment, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and assisting customers in locating items. You will also operate cash registers when needed and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
