About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the daily operations of our store, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for keeping shelves stocked, organizing merchandise, and supporting the overall cleanliness and safety standards of the location.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with unloading deliveries and stocking shelves, ensuring that products are available for our customers. You will also, you will help set up displays and organize seasonal merchandise to highlight current promotions and trends.
Customer interaction is a key part of the role. You will assist shoppers with locating items and answer questions about products. When needed, you will operate cash registers to process transactions. Throughout your shift, you will engage in store recovery and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and safe shopping environment.
