About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor, assisting customers, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also help maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift, ensuring that shelves are stocked and seasonal merchandise is properly organized. Additionally, you will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed.
