About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, energetic retail setting where organization, safety, and customer service are top priorities.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store. Your day-to-day activities will include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and stocking shelves to ensure products are available for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and organizing seasonal merchandise to keep the store fresh and engaging.

Customer interaction is a key part of this position. You will assist shoppers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift, including store recovery and cleaning tasks. Throughout your work, you will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises, depending on location and experience.
