About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will be the face of the store, ensuring that merchandise is readily available, displays are attractive, and the store remains clean and safe for both customers and colleagues.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. You will also operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. This is a fast-paced retail environment where attention to detail and adherence to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines are essential.
