About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in retail with no prior experience required. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting the overall flow of the store. Your day-to-day activities will include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays to ensure products are easily accessible and visually appealing. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards is a core responsibility, as you will help with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation
