About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment while adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment. Your day will involve a variety of tasks, including unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will help keep shelves stocked, organize seasonal merchandise, and assist with store recovery and cleaning to maintain store organization and safety standards.
