About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to support-oriented Sales Floor Associates to join our team and assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to contribute to a welcoming and organized store environment. No prior experience is required, as we provide the training and guidance needed to succeed.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the visual appeal and operational efficiency of the store. Your day-to-day activities include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and stocking shelves to ensure products are available for customers. You will also be responsible for setting up displays, organizing seasonal merchandise, and assisting with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
Customer interaction is a vital part of this position. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that all areas of the store meet safety and presentation standards. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a dynamic and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
