About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, clean, and ready for shoppers.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and organizing seasonal items to highlight current promotions.

Customer service is a core part of this role. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and organization, helping with store recovery and cleaning to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and colleagues. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to uphold our standards.
