About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in the daily operations of the store, ensuring that merchandise is available, attractive, and properly stocked for our shoppers.
Day in the Life
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure shelves are full and visually appealing. You will also assist customers with locating items, providing a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and organization, including setting up displays and assisting with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
