About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to support-oriented Sales Floor Associates to join our team and assist with daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and warehouse environment, where organization and customer service are key to success.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and efficiency. Your day will involve a mix of physical tasks and customer interaction, including:

• Stocking and Organizing: Unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and organizing shelves, and setting up displays to ensure products are easily accessible and visually appealing.
• Customer Support: Assisting customers with locating items and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Operations and Safety: Operating cash registers when needed, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
