Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of essential tasks that keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and easily accessible for customers. Your attention to detail will be key in setting up displays and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Customer interaction is a core part of the role. You will assist shoppers in locating items, answer questions, and provide a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you may operate cash registers when needed, contributing to the efficient checkout process. Throughout your shift, you will engage in store recovery and cleaning activities to uphold our high standards of safety and presentation.

Depending on location and experience, this position offers competitive pay ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, with potential overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises.
