About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring that shelves are stocked, merchandise is organized, and the store remains clean and safe for both employees and shoppers.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment. Your day-to-day activities will include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Additionally, you will help keep shelves stocked, organize seasonal merchandise, and assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift.
