About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, and assisting customers with locating items.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will help keep the store running smoothly by unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You will set up displays, assist customers with locating items, and operating cash registers when needed. You will also maintain store cleanliness and organization, and assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
