About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming, organized, and well-stocked environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring the store runs smoothly, from unloading deliveries to assisting shoppers with their needs.

What You Will Do

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our stores running efficiently. Your day-to-day activities will include stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays to ensure products are easily accessible and visually appealing. You will also assist customers by helping them locate items and operating cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a core part of the role, as you will help with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
