About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to support-oriented Sales Floor Associates to join our team and assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and stocking shelves, and setting up displays. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a key part of the role, including assisting with store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
