Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores by ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and presented attractively for our customers. You will support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment, energetic setting where teamwork and attention to detail are key.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and setting up displays to ensure products are easily accessible and visually appealing. You will also assist customers in locating items, operate cash registers when needed, and maintain store cleanliness and organization, and help with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
