About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, from stocking merchandise to assisting shoppers with their needs.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organization, when needed, operating cash registers. Your efforts will help keep shelves stocked and ensure seasonal merchandise is properly organized.

Growth and Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.
