Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, clean, and ready for shoppers.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and managing seasonal merchandise.

Customer interaction is a vital part of the role. You will assist shoppers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift, including store recovery and cleaning tasks. Throughout the day, you will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
