About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, organization, and safety standards while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Additionally, you will help keep shelves stocked, organize seasonal merchandise, and assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift. Employees must follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

This position typically pays $12 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.
