About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked, merchandise is properly organized, and the store remains clean and safe for both employees and shoppers.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep our stores running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organize shelves, and support daily store operations. This includes unloading deliveries, setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. You will also operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Additionally, you will help keep shelves stocked, organize seasonal merchandise, and assist with store recovery and cleaning.
