About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming, organized, and well-stocked environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring the store runs smoothly, from unloading deliveries to assisting shoppers with their needs.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running efficiently. Your day may include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also set up displays, assist customers in locating items, and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift is a core part of the role, as is following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
