Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. No prior experience is required, as we provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of our store. Your day will involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and managing seasonal merchandise to keep the store fresh and engaging.

Customer interaction is a vital part of this position. You will assist shoppers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for store recovery and cleaning, ensuring that the sales floor remains clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of operation.
