Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our stores are well-stocked, clean, and ready for shoppers.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and helping customers locate items they need.

Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a core part of the role. You will assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift, following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers. Additionally, you may be required to operate cash registers when needed.
