About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor while contributing to the overall efficiency of the store.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to organizing seasonal merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
Customer interaction is a key component of the role. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout the day, you will help with store recovery and cleaning, ensure that all areas remain safe and well-organized. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
