About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations to ensure a welcoming and well-organized shopping environment for our customers.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining store displays, and assisting customers with locating items. You will also operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. This position requires following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
