About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is properly displayed, and the store meets safety and cleanliness standards.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are exactly alike. Your day may involve unloading delivery trucks, stocking shelves with new merchandise, and organizing seasonal displays. You will assist customers by helping them locate items and may operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will engage in store recovery and cleaning tasks to maintain the store's appearance and organization.
