About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store while assisting with various operational tasks.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a mix of physical activity and customer interaction. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also help keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and seasonal merchandise is properly arranged. Additionally, you will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed.
