Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and presented to customers, while also supporting daily store operations to create a positive shopping experience.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment where you will handle a variety of tasks essential to the store's success. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Unloading deliveries and stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Organizing products and setting up displays to attract customers.
• Assisting customers with locating items and answering questions.
• Operating cash registers when needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
