About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store while assisting with various operational tasks.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, team-oriented setting. Your day-to-day activities will involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is well-stocked and inviting. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift is a key part of the role.
