Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to contribute to a welcoming and organized shopping experience for our customers. No prior experience is required, as we provide the necessary training to help you succeed.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and efficiency. Your day-to-day activities include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and helping customers locate items, ensuring they have a positive experience during their visit.

In addition to customer-facing tasks, you will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. This includes store recovery and cleaning duties, as well as adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines. When needed, you may also operate cash registers to process transactions.
