About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in retail with no prior experience required. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers.
Day in the Life
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and helping customers locate items.
Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a key part of the role. You will assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift, ensuring that safety standards and company stocking procedures are followed at all times. When needed, you will also operate cash registers to process customer transactions.
