Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals looking to contribute to a fast-paced retail environment, with no prior experience required. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's organization, cleanliness, and safety standards while ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Day in the Life

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for shoppers. You will also assist customers in locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will help maintain store recovery and cleaning, organize seasonal merchandise, and set up displays to enhance the shopping experience.
