About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the daily operations of our store, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. As a key member of our retail team, you will help keep shelves stocked, organize merchandise, assist with store recovery, and contribute to a safe and efficient workspace.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining attractive product displays, and assisting customers in locating items. Additionally, you will operate cash registers when needed, maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. This position requires working in a fast-paced retail environment while following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
