About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will assist with daily store operations, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and available for purchase.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining store standards, and assisting customers with locating items. You will also help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store throughout your shift, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.
