About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, from stocking merchandise to assisting shoppers with locating items.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment. Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and safety standards throughout your shift. This includes organizing seasonal merchandise and assisting with store recovery and cleaning.
