Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team and support daily store operations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. No prior experience is required, as we provide the training necessary to succeed in this position.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and efficiency. Your day-to-day activities include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure products are easily accessible for customers. You will also assist in setting up displays and helping customers locate items. Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for store recovery and cleaning, ensuring the sales floor remains safe, organized, and inviting. Additionally, you may operate cash registers when needed, contributing to smooth checkout processes.
