About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our customers. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and supporting daily store operations to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store fresh and ready for shoppers. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. Additionally, you will operate cash registers when needed and maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. This includes helping keep shelves stocked, organizing seasonal merchandise, and assisting with store recovery and cleaning.
