About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of our store team, you will help maintain the high standards of organization, cleanliness, and safety that our customers expect.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be active and engaged throughout your shift. Your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and organization, when needed, operating cash registers to assist customers at checkout.

Customer service is a core part of this role. You will assist customers with locating items and answering questions. You will also help with store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift, cleaning, ensuring the sales floor remains inviting and well-organized. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
