You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor, assisting customers, and contributing to a clean and safe store environment.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organize shelves, and support daily operations. Key activities include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and setting up displays. You will also assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization is a key part of the role, including store recovery and cleaning throughout the shift. You will follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
