Sales Floor Associate

About the Role

Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the operational excellence of our stores by ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and presented attractively for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Day in the Life

As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will unload trucks, organize merchandise, and set up displays to ensure products are easily accessible and visually appealing. You will assist customers with locating items and operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will be responsible for store recovery and cleaning, ensuring that shelves remain stocked and the store adheres to organization and safety standards.
